Her name is Plumpy, and for some reason he seems to be the ambassador plush pet of the Webkinz stuffed animal line of toys. And, you can buy the Webkinz hippo online. Similar to the Webkinz frog and tiger, the hippo is pretty unattractive. But, Plumpy, which is her virtual reality name at Webkinz World, is very huggable.
This huggable hippo is made of furry light blue material, and is only about 8 inches long. It also has light blue feet that are made out of soft velour fabric. The inside of this hippo's nostrils are pink and she also has pink ears. Plumpy has black eyebrows which are embroidered on, and two black plastic buttons for eyes.
The hippo is one of the heavier animals in the Webkinz toy line, with extra plastic bb's in its paws and rear as stuffing, and these make Plumpy top heavy. Some people might consider this hippo ugly, but she appeals to boy boys and girls.
